If you would like to receive your statements by electronic means only, you must carefully review the following terms.

1. Your consent to receive electronic statements only applies to statements for this account. All other statements and notices we provide to you in connection with our services will be on paper unless you and we agree otherwise.

You may request a free paper copy of any statement or notice that you have agreed to receive electronically by telephoning us at (304) 455-4029 ext 1470 or toll free at (800) 272-6003 ext 1470 or e-mailing us at memberservices@bayerhfcu.com or through Online Banking CU@Home. You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic statements any time by contacting us using one of the above methods. Your withdrawal will become effective after we have received it and have had a reasonable opportunity to act on it.
   
   
3. If your e-mail address or any other contact information on file with us changes, you must notify us using any of the above methods.
   
   
4. To access the statements you have agreed to receive electronically, you will need a computer with a working Internet connection and the following:
   
   
   • Internet Explorer 4.0 or Netscape 6.0 or a later release of either browser.
   • Adobe Acrobat 4.0 or later will be required to view your statements.
